The Old Town Trade Fair in Xenia,
Ohio, is promising to be a good time this
weekend! I've been in touch with lots of
people through our Yahoo group and
Facebook who plan to be there. Join us!
It takes place at the Greene County
Fairgrounds. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. I'll
be there Saturday!
The Kekionga Trade Fair in Decatur,
Ind., is March 13-14. I plan to be there
Saturday. And then it's time for
Kalamazoo March 20-21.

Met lots of new people last weekend at the Conner Long Rifles trade
fair in Noblesville, Ind. I had not been to that event before, so I was
surprised at how busy it was, especially Saturday morning.
We gave out at least 400 copies of the print edition of Rendezvous Ohio,
many to people who hadn't seen a copy before.
If you don't have your copy of the winter/spring edition, meet me at the Old
Town Trade Faire in Xenia, Ohio, March 6-7. See ya there!

I've added a few more events to the calendars here. The newest ones
aren't listed in the latest print edition, so check them out. There was a date
change for a trade fair, so I want to make sure everyone knows about it.
The new date for the Living History Fair at the Historic Old Train Depot,
Pierceton, Ind., is April 10-11. For more information, please see the listing.

The snow kept me away from the Fremont trade fair Saturday, but I got
there Sunday. It was great to see everyone!
Carl "Bear" Ward suffered a house fire last week that burned most of his
camp gear, clothing, blankets, etc. The guns were safe in another part of
the house, but he's working on replacing everything else.
He, his wife and grandson all got out of the house safely because they
were alerted by his dog, Gus. Many items have been donated already by
people. If you want to provide anything that will help him get his camp back
before spring, send it to: Carl Ward, P.O. Box 1752, Piqua, OH 45356.
